2) Postal Repair Service
We undertake Postal repair orders for those customers, who are not able to reach our repair store manually. This service is very convenient and most hassle free to get your faulty Console fixed in, that too at very affordable prices!
We are providing this service to all the cities and corners of the United Kingdom.
You can post your device to us through your choice of Postal service or on request, we too can provide our reliable and trusted Postal service at very reasonable charges.
Note: If you are interested to send the Console through a Postage of your choice, then just make sure to wrap the console with lots of bubble wrap and it should be securely placed in the box to prevent any kind of damages and accidental shocks to internal parts of the Console.
To get our Postal Repair Order Service, just follow the Steps stated below:
Step 1: Make The Payment
Firstly, you have to submit any of the Form (Contact Us / Free Repair Quote). It should contain all the details of fault issues which you are facing with your device. This will help us in giving you the rough estimate of repair and replacement charges which it will incur. We will email you this information.
The email will also contain an option of requiring a Postal repair service. The appropriate Postage charges are applied as per your location from our repair centre. The outstation customer has to select this option to send his faulty device to us. One has to deposit the required amount of money in the stated Bank Account no.
The payments can be made through any online modes like, Debit card, American Express, Credit card, Visa, Pay Pal, Mastercard, etc. We don’t accept payments through paper cheque.
Step 2: Sending the Console to Us
As soon as payments are done, we will send our courier serviceman to pick your device. The device will then come to our repair centre securely and we will update you of this information to you immediately.
Step 3: Diagnosis & Repair Process
We will quickly start the diagnosis of the faulty console and update you the detailed repair and replacement procedures to be required in the device. Along with this the related fixing charges are also given. We commence on repairing only after getting an approval from you.
Our highly experienced technicians are able to fix component level damages and faults efficiently. We will make sure that your Console is working perfectly and responding to all commands accordingly through different tests.
- Any extra (repair and replacement parts) payments required, are to be made at this point before the discharge of the device from the workshop.
